Stay strong and consistent through the holiday season with Hale Gym’s Summer Series – a reduced-format training block designed to keep you moving, motivated and energised throughout the festive period.
Across two weeks, your program is:
Monday – Strength
Wednesday – Conditioning
Friday – Power
Program Details:
- 3 days per week | 2 sessions on offer per day (more on demand)
- $69 per week | Purchase one or both weeks | no single passes
