Sarah is a dedicated and passionate coach with over 6 years of experience specialising in Women’s Health, Pre & Post-Natal Training, Functional Training and Strength Training. With a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, she is committed to helping clients achieve optimal results by offering guidance in nutrition and building healthy habits that last a lifetime. She has worked closely with individuals to achieve performance and aesthetic goals and has been coaching everyday athletes in strength and conditioning classes.

Sarahs genuine care for her clients shines through in her energetic and supportive coaching style. Understanding that each individual has unique needs and goals which helps clients reach their full potential while ensuring their well-being is always at the forefront. Sarahs expertise in Women’s Health allows her to address specific concerns such as hormonal balance and pelvic floor health, that are essential in empowering her clients on their fitness journey.
