Methodology

The Pure Strength program will achieve increases in maximal strength as well as an increase in muscular size through two strength training days and two metabolic conditioning days to lift work capacity and develop aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

Gym work will focus on strongman tools, barbells, kettle bells and machines.
