Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm, and Sunday mornings at 10am for Restorative Flow Yoga.

Our Yoga sessions at Hale Gym are designed to help you move better, feel calmer and build strength and flexibility in a balanced way. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes offer a supportive space to improve mobility, reduce stress and reconnect with your body. Expect guided movement, focused breathing and time to unwind – adapted for all levels.

Classes are 45min in duration.

Towels, mats and blocks provided.
