Join us on Sunday at 9am and 5pm for Restorative Yin Yoga.
A slow, grounding 60-minute Yin practice designed to help you soften, release and truly exhale.
This class is an invitation to step out of the rush and into stillness. We move gently into longer-held floor-based postures, allowing the body to open gradually while the nervous system unwinds. Expect deep stretches for the hips, spine and shoulders, paired with steady breath and spacious pauses.
It’s less about effort, more about allowing.
