Your membership includes 3 x Method classes, full gym floor access so you can train when you want to compliment your Method classes, and full access to the luxurious steam rooms, saunas and cave plunge pool.

Freeze for free for one week only on a 12-week contract.

Membership is paid either upfront or weekly, with a 12-week minimum commitment, that then automatically turns into a rolling contract.
