Yoga at Hale

Restorative Flow Yoga at Hale Gym is designed to help you move better, feel calmer and build strength and flexibility in a balanced way. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes offer a supportive space to improve mobility, reduce stress and reconnect with your body. Expect guided movement, focused breathing and time to unwind, adapted for all levels.

Sound Immersion & Meditation

Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and mindfulness practices to relax and rejuvenate your mind at our Sound Immersion & Meditation. Held in the luxurious surrounds of Hale, you’ll enjoy the comfort of individual, luxe, organic cotton futons, blankets and pillows, so all you need to do is arrive. The harmonious vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes work to relax the nervous system and slow down brain waves, inducing the relaxation response, promoting a meditative state that encourages deep rest, mindfulness, and tranquillity

Sunday – one per month at 5pm and 7pm

Runners Group

Covering 5-6km with an average pace of a steady 5-6 minutes per kilometre, the runners group is free for all Hale members and all fitness levels are welcome to join. Enjoy a complimentary coffee at Ostani post-run.

Meet at outside Ostani steps (off Bourke Street)
